Thank you! Words can't describe the joy it brings us to call you our Mom. You have been our teacher since day one, and we could not have asked for a better role model. You taught us all how to be strong, while also being kind. You sacrificed and gave to so many without asking for anything in return, so, it is our obligation that we continue your legacy by doing the same. We are creating the HLM Scholarship Fund in your honor for the next generation of youth. We promise to do our very best in representing you and we hope we can continue to make you proud.

The Hazel Lee Moore Scholarship Fund was created in loving memory of our mom. Her dedication, perseverance, and sacrifice, is what drives our commitment to serve others. The annual scholarships will be awarded to graduating seniors that plan on attending college or trade school.
