Leadership!

Leadership has so many components, and to tell the truth, most people possess leadership qualities. I bet you have even heard that before…’you know, you have a lot of leadership qualities!’ If this is true, why aren’t more people successful leaders. This is my point of view, so let me know what you think.

‘Most people have all of the leadership qualities given to man, but can’t lead because they lack the most important trait which is, wanting to see the people that they are leading, succeed more than themselves.’
