Accountability
When it comes to being accountable and holding myself to that accountability, I don’t think I hold myself to the highest standards possible. When I try to reflect on what I have done and the things I’m supposed to be doing to better myself, I find myself feeling like I haven’t done enough to achieve that position in life.
Accountability plays a role in every aspect of everyday life. I have to be accountable for every action I take, no matter how small or big. I must learn and grow, and implement this habit of accountability to my everyday life.
When problem solving and constructive criticism were mentioned in the podcast, I asked myself, ‘can I problem solve when I’m left alone to do something? Can I take constructive feedback from people?’ I feel like in certain situations I excel in problem solving and tackling criticism, but in other situations where topics are more personal and unfamiliar I notice I slow things down and take criticism more to the heart.
In short, I know I have to develop this habit of being Accountable, being a problem solver, and taking Criticism.
